It official I need some dark blue eye shadow. Yes that's what I've taken from that video. I think Lady Gaga, now thinks she is an alien. But bravo. If you want to shave off your eyebrows and film a video as if you're giving birth to a cosmic light then do it. I will not judge. And in my opinion her body looks incredible, and I'm loving her hair. The video is shot by Nick Knight so you can argue against it, they are lot of references within the video. She might be a little bit insane, but she political views and she makes them known.
