Alber Elbaz in my eyes is one the best womenswear designers of our century. He transforms our fashion dreams into reality. We were lucky enough to have a piece of the Lanvin dream in November with his collaboration with H&M. Alber Elbaz when speaking about the collaboration he constantly speaks about dreams, and bringing it to the masses. The collection was about accessibility; and they made this clear in the advertising campaign. It was about how the grandmother, mother and daughter could all buy and wear Lanvin. Lanvin isn't about day to day wear it's about fantasy and fun. It takes femininity to new levels; you can wear the collection and be proud to be a women. None of this menswear for women, or made for comfort. This is what fashion is about. Alber Elbaz is he sandman of fashion. Now go to sleep and dream.
